Join us for a creative writing workshop on the theme of returning to self-love, accompanied by a live performance by jazz trumpeter 𝐃𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐟𝐚𝐡 𝐘𝐚𝐨 𝐇𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐍𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐞 and drummer 𝐓𝐢𝐛𝐚𝐨!
Through soothing music and inspiring writing exercises led by 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐚 𝐒𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐡, this event invites you to reconnect with your essence and cultivate inner well-being.
We’ll follow the workshop with an open-mic where participants are encouraged to share words they developed during the event or short previously written works. Sign up at the door.
A draw of a basket of self-care goods made by Black artisans from the pop up market in partnership with Konbitage will seal the night!
