Today's young people face many challenges: academic and career choices, interpersonal relationships, conflicts between personal aspirations and family or social expectations, and personal or systemic barriers. In the face of these tensions, the weight of these various challenges can weigh heavily and cause anxiety. To support young people in our communities in this process, the Alter-Natives Foundation is organising a subsidised webinar on stress and anxiety management. This webinar will propose a model for understanding psychological mechanisms (ACT) and offer strategies to better manage difficult thoughts while focusing on what's important. The aim is to provide practical tools and resources for coping with everyday challenges in a caring and sharing environment.
