Join Diane Gistal for a conversation about the ideas behind her exhibition Afrotopos, which was specifically conceived for the Stewart Hall Art Gallery. The founder and general director of Nigra Iuventa, Diane Gistal is also an independent curator whose practice lies at the intersection of visual art, literature, and social sciences. Her work highlights the agency, care, joy, and vulnerability of African and Afro-Caribbean communities and their diasporas while creating new paradigms.
