Every year in February, Canadians celebrate the contributions of their fellow citizens of African descent during Black History Month. This year, AACCCS-Issamba Québec is organizing a two-day symposium to honor the rich history of Black communities while highlighting the recognition of the International Decade for People of African Descent.
This unique event will bring together experts, community leaders, and members of the public to collectively reflect on the challenges that still hinder the full integration of Black communities in Quebec. The symposium will offer concrete solutions to promote an inclusive and equitable future through discussions, interactive workshops, and presentations.
