Get ready to take part, as part of Black History Month, in our Hair Care Day – I Learn How to Style My Hair: Roots & Pride, an event that offers a space for connection, learning, and knowledge-sharing around Afro-Caribbean hair.
Hair care professionals Razié, Boucles Lanmou, and Fée Karaïb will be on site to advise mothers, young girls, and children, and to present their latest products and innovations. There is no age limit to learning how to style your hair. Our hair specialists will share their expertise, practices, and personal journeys through interactive workshops, a panel discussion, and an exhibition area.
At the heart of this day: self-care, hair health, self-esteem, and intergenerational transmission. Participants are invited to learn how to care for their hair, better understand their hair identity, and embrace the beauty of their roots in a warm, educational, and inclusive atmosphere.
This day is designed to be educational, cultural, and nurturing, encouraging dialogue, inspiration, and stronger intergenerational bonds, while highlighting Afro-Caribbean know-how and expertise.
