“Ebony Royalty” is the flagship event organized by the Survivants Association during Black History Month in the City of Longueuil, in partnership with La Boussole of Cégep Édouard-Montpetit and André-Laurendeau High School. It is an immersive celebration of pride, identity, and Afro-descendant excellence, highlighting artistic, entrepreneurial, and community talents under the theme “Wearing Our Crown with Pride.”
The event brings together multiple components—art exhibitions, an entrepreneurial showcase, speed mentoring, networking with impact-driven organizations, dance workshops, and conferences—to provide youth and communities with a space for expression, empowerment, and meaningful connection.
