Join us on March 1, 2025 at Jardin William for a friendly conversation. In celebration of Black History Month, the organization Raconte-moi une forêt, in partnership with Jardin William, invites you and your family to share a warm moment of exchange and discovery.
Outdoor play, inspired by Forest School approaches as well as risky play, offers numerous benefits for children's development. We know that many of us grew up in different environments and haven't always had the opportunity to enjoy such experiences. That’s why we want to provide a welcoming space and time to discuss our cultures, our stories, and what we’d like to pass on to the next generation.
Refreshments will be provided (tea, herbal tea, coffee, water, and fresh fruits).
The conversation will be preceded by a crafting activity for children of all ages, starting at 10 a.m. A facilitator will lead a crafting workshop for the children throughout the entire session. (For more details, please see the schedule: “Stories and Crafts – Raconte-moi une forêt!”)
We look forward to spending this morning of exchange, culture, and fun with you!
