The author Douce Dibondo is presenting her book La charge raciale.
"All racialized people are geniuses of adaptation. Thinking about not appearing 'too' black, Arab, or Asian, adopting a way of speaking, dressing, laughing, considering the music choices at a party, renouncing wearing hoodies to avoid the police... In short, the racial charge is about planning everything when you move through predominantly white environments and you're not one of them."
