The Konsome Lokal Market, taking place February 20-22 at Time Out Market Montréal, is part of the launch of the book Ayiti: Histoires de Chefs. This event will spotlight Haitian entrepreneurs and their products, while showcasing the rich cultural heritage of Haiti.

Discover authentic flavors, meet the chefs featured in the book, and support an initiative that highlights Haitian excellence and creativity during Black History Month.
