The Regroupement jeunesse en action (RJA) will proudly celebrate its 18th anniversary at the Recognition Gala – Tribute to Our Predecessors and Emerging Talent Awards, a major event dedicated to highlighting the exceptional contributions of members of Black communities and encouraging the next generation.

This 18th edition will be held on Sunday, 15 March 2026, starting at 5 p.m., at the Mirella and Lino Saputo Hall, located at 8370 Lacordaire Boulevard, Montreal, Quebec H1R 3Y6.

The theme of this edition, ‘From Roots to the Next Generation: Passing on History, Inspiring Excellence,’ perfectly reflects the values of transmission, perseverance and leadership that you embody with distinction and that we wish to honour through this celebration.

Details about the artists, recipients and other personalities will be announced at a later date.

Schedule:

5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.: Networking cocktail reception (VIPs, award recipients and dignitaries)

6:00 p.m.: Public arrival

6:30 p.m.: Doors open

7:00 p.m.: Show – awards ceremony, etc.
