
Fabrice Vil is a certified integral development coach, a lawyer, and a former basketball coach. He founded Pour 3 Points, an organization that transforms sports coaches so they can also act as life coaches for young athletes in disadvantaged communities. He lent his voice to Ados et armés (Teens and Armed) and Briser le code (Breaking the Code), two documentaries exploring the issues of gun violence and racism in Quebec. He wrote and published his autobiography, Bon gason! Konpliman! Egare!, (Saint-Jean Publisher, 2025), a work that explores themes of identity, success, and social challenges.
